Lead Pastor
Hayley Drewyor
Hayley Drewyor holds degrees in Fine Arts and Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Master of Leadership Development from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. A native to Chillicothe, Ohio and lifelong musician, she has served in ministry since 2018 and is the Lead Pastor of Harbor Ministries, where she is passionate about cultivating spaces of safety, connection, and healing.
In 2018, Hayley became stepmom to Isabella when she married her dad, and although their marriage ended in 2025, her commitment to Isabella endured. Today, she co-parents collaboratively with Isabella’s mom and stepdad—an experience that has shaped her belief that families are defined not only by structure, but by intention, compassion, and the willingness to keep showing up.

Peer Mentor & Missions Coordinator
Isabella Voorhees
Isabella Voorhees is a fun-loving creative with a heart for adventure. A musician who has played in both school band and orchestra as well as on the worship team at church, she also enjoys the simple pleasure of spinning vinyl on her record player. As an artist, she loves taking inspiration from her faith and Puerto Rican heritage. Isabella passionately serves in mission work through Harbor Ministries. Growing up, she navigated what life is as a “typical teenager” while having a different home life than her peers. She hopes her story will speak to others who face similar battles with normalcy.
Co-authoring books with her now ex-stepmother, Isabella chooses
a life of openness, truth, and vulnerability.
